Marshall Silver

Marshall Silver, Founder | Harvard Law ‘09 Former Apple deal-maker | Tech-enabled advocate

Marshall founded All 50 Law with one clear mission: to help regular people stand up to big insurance companies. We bring the best lawyers and technology available to achieve the best results for our clients.

Before starting All 50 Law, Marshall earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he developed the legal foundation that now anchors our law firm’s approach. After graduation, he played a key role in negotiating billion-dollar deals for Apple, skills he now leverages against insurers that stall or under-pay.

Marshall then transitioned into the startup world, founding and leading tech-enabled ventures, including serving as Chief Commercial Officer for a leading travel-tech company. These experiences shaped his belief that a client-centric approach, empowered with technology, can level the playing field for accident victims.

Marshall built All 50 Law to be an AI-enabled law firm where advanced tools support, not replace, the human judgment essential for complex injury cases. He leads a team that combines experienced attorneys, industry-grade systems, and high-touch client communication to deliver better results with speed, transparency, and compassion.

His leadership ensures every case is handled with legal rigor, strategic insight, and technological edge. Under his direction, All 50 Law sets a new standard for what personal injury practice can – and should – look like today.

In Marshall’s vision, “Injury law should feel less like red tape and more like white-glove service. My job is to bring Fortune-50 speed and rigor to everyday people who’ve been hurt.”
