Consumer Health Data Notice
Applies to residents of: Washington and Nevada
This Consumer Health Data Notice (“CHD Notice”) supplements the Firm’s Privacy Policy and explains our practices regarding “consumer health data” (“CHD”) as that term is defined under the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (together, the “CHD Laws”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Privacy Policy. This CHD Notice is incorporated into our Terms.
1) Categories of CHD We Collect
Depending on your interactions with us and applicable law, we may collect CHD such as:
Information about injuries, symptoms, medications, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, or surgeries.
Mental/behavioral health interventions and related treatment information.
Test results, medical measurements (e.g., vitals), and similar health indicators.
Information that identifies you as seeking health-care services (e.g., intent to pursue treatment).
Inferences we draw from the above to evaluate a potential claim or representation.
2) Sources of CHD
We collect CHD from:
You: (e.g., via web forms, phone calls, texts, email, chat, or documents you provide).
Third parties: (e.g., benefits or claims administrators, workers’ compensation or veterans’ benefits providers), and service providers acting on our behalf.
3) How We Use CHD
We use CHD to: (a) provide and maintain our services (including intake, conflicts checks, claim evaluation, and communications); (b) ensure security and perform audits; and (c) comply with law and enforce our terms. Where required by law, we will obtain your specific direction or consent prior to processing this data.
4) How and Why We Disclose CHD
We may disclose CHD:
To operate our services (including storage, customer support, and billing).
For security, audits, compliance, or legal process.
With your explicit direction or consent, including to affiliated entities and vetted vendors.
In connection with business transactions (e.g., mergers/asset transfers).
To law firms in our network so they can determine whether they can represent you.
We may create aggregated or de-identified data from the information we collect. We do not sell CHD.
5) Your Rights Under CHD Laws
Subject to exceptions and your location, you have the right to:
Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your CHD.
Access your CHD.
Delete your CHD.
Correct your CHD.
Withdraw your consent to collection or sharing.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing info@All50Law.com.
Washington residents may also contact the WA Attorney General: atg.wa.gov.
Nevada residents may also contact the NV Attorney General: ag.nv.gov.
6) Security, Retention & Updates
We use reasonable safeguards to protect CHD and retain it consistent with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. We may update this CHD Notice; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised CHD Notice.
