SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 25, 2025
By requesting, agreeing to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from All 50 Law (an “opt-in”), you accept these SMS Terms, agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and consent to our handling of your information as described therein. Message and data rates may apply.
1) Program Description & Frequency
Our text messages may include responses to your inquiry, scheduling and reminders, case status updates, and—if you have separately consented—informational or marketing messages. Message frequency will vary depending on your legal matter. Consent is not a condition of obtaining services.
2) Your Consent & Our Technology
By opting in, you authorize us (and our service providers) to send texts using autodialed or non-autodialed technology to the mobile number you provide. You also authorize the inclusion of marketing content where permitted by your separate consent.
3) Eligibility & Number Ownership
You represent that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you have opted in with and are authorized to consent to receive text messages on it. Please notify us immediately if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
4) Opt-out & Help
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. We may send a one-time confirmation text to acknowledge your opt-out. For help or information, reply HELP. You can also contact us at info@All50Law.com or 866-890-7243 for assistance. Opting out of texts will not affect any service-related emails or calls you have separately consented to.
5) Costs, Carriers & Availability
Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. The delivery of messages is subject to your carrier network; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
6) Privacy
We handle your information, including data collected through our SMS program, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes any state-specific disclosures, such as our California and Consumer Health Data (CHD) notices. See our Do Not Sell or Share link for choices related to targeted advertising.
7) Changes & Termination
We may modify or terminate the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the revised terms.
