Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 20, 2025
These Terms govern your use of All50Law.com and any Services that link to them. Please read carefully: To the extent allowed by law, these Terms include binding arbitration on an individual basis and a class-action waiver.
1) Our Services; No Automatic Attorney-Client Relationship
We are a law firm. Using the Site or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not obligate us to respond or take your case. We become your lawyers only after conflicts clearance and a signed engagement agreement. We may decline representation for any reason permitted by law.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You represent you have authority to agree to these Terms and are at least 18. Certain features may require an account; keep your credentials accurate and secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3) Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the Services (e.g., illegal activity, IP infringement, scraping, security bypassing, malware/spam, harvesting contacts, or actions that burden or disrupt the Services). We may suspend/terminate access for violations.
4) User Content & Feedback
For any content you submit, you confirm you have rights to it and it’s accurate. Reviews/feedback may be used and shared (e.g., initials/city) without compensation. We may preserve/disclose content to meet legal obligations, enforce these Terms, or protect rights/safety. Technical transmission may involve changes and routing over networks.
5) Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, and our marks/logos are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. No other rights are granted.
6) Co-Counsel & Jurisdictions
We serve clients through attorneys licensed in relevant jurisdictions and, where permitted, we may associate or refer matters to other firms consistent with professional-conduct rules. (Nothing here guarantees we will take your case.)
7) Third-Party Links & Tools
Links or integrations may point to third-party sites/services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or policies. Use at your own risk.
8) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties (express/implied). To the maximum extent allowed, we’re not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits/data/business, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; those laws control.
9) Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing a mobile number and consenting, you authorize us (and those acting on our behalf) to send SMS messages, which may include marketing; you do not need to consent as a condition of service. 10) U.S.-Resident Focus
The Services are intended for U.S. residents. If you access them from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance.
11) Informal Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
Informal resolution. Before starting arbitration, both sides will try in good faith to resolve disputes informally by emailing legal@all50law.com a written description (name, basis of claim, relief sought, proof of relationship). If unresolved after 60 days, either party may pursue arbitration.
Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration (no judge or jury). Administration/Rules: NAM rules at a location determined under the applicable NAM rules and procedures that is reasonably convenient for you and is no more than 100 miles from your home or place of business; or at another location you and we agree upon.
Class-action waiver. You may bring claims only individually; no class/collective/representative actions or arbitrations.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of the later of the Effective date above or your first use of the Services by emailing ARBITRATION OPT-OUT to info@All50Law.com. If you opt out, we won’t be bound by this clause either.
12) Consumer Health Data Notice
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Consumer Health Data Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms
13) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; the updated version governs going forward and will be posted with a new Effective date. If you disagree, discontinue using the Services.
